Our lease terms are: 7 Months,9 Months,12 Months,13 Months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Other Policy: No Weight Limit, Pet Restrictions: Animals used in service to persons with disabilities are not considered as pets under our community policies, and will not require pet fees. No exotic animals such as rabbits, ferrets, snakes, etc are not allowed. For specific information please contact the office. Dog Policy: 100.00 Pound Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), birds and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENT?S PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM. Cat Policy: 25.00 Pound Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: No exotic animals. No more than 2 pets total per apartment home. Fee listed above is for only one pet.
