Residents need to pick up their dog's fecis. I did every time my dog used the bathroom.

The property Managers presented me with a "mold waiver", which was mandatory in order to move in. I mentioned Read Morethat they must know they have a significant mold problem, if they had their residents sign a waiver. The Manager assured me this was not a problem, but since the apartments are "older", the waiver was necessary. It took no time at all to learn that this was, in fact, a significant issue. I completed my year lease and moved on. Black mold grows in the tub and green mold grew in the closet

Nothing fancy. Would love amenities such as a fitness center but it does not exist. Pool is alright, nothing s Read Morepecial. Has some issues drafts in the winter, which causes heating bill to go up and gets cold near doors/windows. Other units get updated appliances, but we've been residents for going on 5 years and we still have old not so great stove/refrigerator. To make matters worse, our rent has been raised each year for the last 3 years. They do quickly respond to maintenance issues.
