We are within minutes of the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. Both Florida State University at Panama City and Gulf Coast State College are within walking distance to our community. And there are several shopping centers, restaurants, and schools nearby. We have so many wonderful amenities here such as lighted tennis court, a very inviting swimming pool, childrens playground, fishing lake and so much more. The most important benefit of residing at Turtle Lake Apartment Homes will be the personal treatment you receive by our onsite staff. The apartment was a little dated, but so are most places. It was functional, and had a floor plan that worked Read Moreincredibly for me and my roommates. The staff was superb. They knew we were first time renters and answered all of our questions with an extra patience that we desperately needed. They were very quick at handling any problems, and the interaction with maintenance staff was great.

Turtle Lake Resident

Turtle Lake did not take care of me as a resident. My apartment was flea infested, and they did nothing about Read Moreit. I had to treat it myself, and even then they never fully went away. They also let me sit with a broken air conditioner for two days in the middle of August. The manager was rude, and Maintenance would enter without notice all the time. I was so disgusted with the complex that I left, and didn't even care about the broken lease. I refuse to pay them any more of my hard earned money.
