Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $30.00 pet rent, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: $30/mo. for pets Less than 50lbs; 51lbs+ are $50/mo. Pet rent and one-time non-refundable pet fee are per pet. Dog Policy: Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $30.00 pet rent, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our non refundable pet fee is per pet. No exotic pets including ferrets, snakes and lizards. Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
