The management does not uphold their word, because we we're suppose to get a bottom floor facing parking lot a Read Morepartment and when we arrived it was upstairs not facing parking lot . Also any maintenance issue we had was not taking care of with any urgency it would take two to three months to get it resolved . There was no management that had any clue how to politely talk to anyone because they were all to busy being rude. All around Sunrise Pointe was the absolutely worst apartment complex to live
