Had to relocate out of state for work purposes, which at the time there was a clause in my lease for that. Af Read Moreter notifying them of it more than 30 days in advance they still hit me with fees from breaking my lease and also charged me over 5,000 dollars worth of damages that they could not prove I did and were unwilling to prove I did, which in turn got sent to a creditor. I was not unwilling to pay, I was only unwilling to pay without proof of damages.

Nice landscaping, used to be quiet, but Rent increases significantly every year (for current tenants, not for Read Morenew ones!), and the apartments are not well maintained or updated each year. Old appliances, carpeted floors, serious rodent problems, and new loud and disrespectful neighbors are lowering the standard of living at Bel Air. Maintenance people are diligent and often try to solve problems.

The office representatives are not truthful when it comes to maintenance issues. One person tells us one thing Read More and another tells us something completely different. Some (not all) of the maintenance crew are inexperienced and need to learn how to do their job proficiently. We had to complain to the Bel Air Apartment corporate office numerous times because the front office was not handling the issues we were having. I would most definitely not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Good location, large apt, maintenance on my roof has never been fixed only patched and my ceolung continues to Read More leak, also I have rats in my walls..
