Highly overpriced, poorly maintained, old building, older appliances, noisy. My worst experience in many renta Read Morel places I have lived in. Oh, also very dirty.

I like the fact that it is very quiet. The neighbors are friendly, there is not a lot of traffic, or noise. It Read More is very conveniently located to all the major highways, and very very close to my job.

We have been living at Emerald Pointe since 2009. The apartments are old, dated and not kept in the best condi Read Moretion. Our counters and cupboards in both the kitchen and bathrooms should have been replaced before we moved in. We are told that we are to feel like Emerald Pointe is our home, but we are constantly told we cannot have anything outside our apartment in the hallways. No chairs to sit outside and enjoy the Florida evenings.
