I have lived here close to 3 years, and do plan to move when my lease is up. I am not getting what I pay a mo Read Morenth. I don't feel that the managers take pride in the environment and the inside of the apartment. I don't like what I see in people and how they act in my surroundings. I see people drinking alcohol, not on their porches or in the pool area. Males walking around with their shirts off. Paper and cigarette butts all over the place. The laundry rooms are not always working or clean.

The complex is quiet and everyone is nice. It's quick to get to downtown Tampa and DTSP and I feel safe here. Read MorePlus our dog likes it too ;)

Amenities are inconsistent (trash coming before scheduled time or not taking bags in designated bins, on days Read Morethat pickup is scheduled). Poor maintenance team (have scheduled work orders to be done to replace AC, replaced the thermostat and left holes in my wall surrounding the area) HVAC not up to code (needs reservoir under to prevent water damage which did occur when the pipes were leaking on to electrical wire). Maintenance drives through grass and ruins the image of the place thats luxury

They s Read Moreold this wonderful apartment over the phone and internet pictures and it was nothing what we expected. Had I already lived in Florida and seen the units for my self rather than seeing pictures and hearing a sales person talk about the unit I would have kept it moving.

Early on in my lease, I got a flat tire and had to call a tow truck. I went to the office to make sure I'd be Read Moreable to let the truck through the gate. As soon as they heard I had a flat tire, one of the leasing agents immediately mentioned she had an air compressor and offered to use it to see if it would help me inflate my tire. And she did. It didn't work, but I was so impressed she would actually leave the office to volunteer with a service completely unrelated to her job.
