The a/c was not even functioning when I first moved in. I talked to my then neighbor about it on move-in day a Read Morend he dealt with the same issue. Apparently maintenance cannot be bothered to check those things before a tenant moves in. Many of my outlets do not work. The walls and windows are paper thin so I can hear everything outside, all the time. Many neighbors don't pick up after their dogs.

We're sincerely sorry to learn that your early impression of our community has been less than positive to this point. Our staff does thoroughly check each apartment and addresses any issues found prior to re-leasing. However, once appliances, mechanical equipment, etc. are used by a resident, new issues can surface. We aim to keep our community in the best condition possible and encourage you to submit a maintenance request so that we may respond promptly and thoroughly.
Ever since the buy out by a pager firm, there seems to be a dock next between front office and residents

We should plant more grass in the quad areas! or a rain garden! There is always a bunch of muddy, water puddle Read Mores, and a rain garden would help absorb some of the moisture and it's good for the environment! Oh yeah! Laundry machines seem to b always broken!

I do like living at St. Charles Row, to the point that I renewed my lease which I have never done at an apartm Read Moreent complex. It feels like home. My neighbors and the staff are what make this place home. I was one of the first to move in when the apartment complex reopened. There was a lot promised in the beginning that the complex fell short of, but slowly the complex is becoming that apartment complex you enjoy to live in.

The landscaping and outdoor maintenance of the court and common living areas is poor. My court has no landsca Read Moreping at all. There is usually a lot of debris on the grounds and the sidewalks; there is no grass, only weeds. The boulevard and recreational areas are nice but everything else is quite dumpy and lacking. I was told when I moved in that the court I am living on would be landscaped - but nothing. The pools should be cleaned more often, especially the larger one.
