I have rented off and on for over 20 years, and while I have not rented in more than a decade, I have lived in Read More more than 15 different properties in my lifetime. While this was not the worst property I've lived in, it is by a long shot the worst management, and specifically property manager I have ever encountered and it is why I am leaving after only one lease. Keep in mind I love the area, and am willing to spend 1000's more in deposits and rent to literally move across the street.

Upstairs neighbor was very noisy. Complained to office, allegedly they spoke to them, noise never stopped. AC Read Moreunit broke 5 times in the year I was there. New neighbors moved in across hall, littered hallway and porch area with cigarette butts & beer bottles. Again was brought to office attention yet never seem to get resolved. Also outside remodeling started right after my lease began ��?? construction was never mentioned when I was considering signing. It was a huge interruption an inconvenience.
