My wife, my daughter, and I love living here. The neighbors are very quiet, The landscaping is well maintained Read More. The maintenance staff always take care of business and never delay; and the office staff is great.

      Everything's been good even with the transition to a new manager. However when I stopped to pick up my packag Read Moree this past Wednesday on my lunch break I was told to have my mail picked up by my roommates. I do not want my mail picked up by anyone but me! I felt the people she was talking to were checking out the property, but I will pick up my mail when your open on my schedule by me only. A reminder to the new manager to follow through with the current residents is in need!

      The pool needs to open earlier 10 am. I would like to workout before I go to work. The AC way to low in the Read Moregym. I need to burn calories not freezes calories. It's just way way way to cold. That's one of the reasons I moved here. Can't even use the gym.

Oddly enough, one of the hardest things to do is to compromise the temperature at the fitness center. If we make it warmer, someone wants it colder, and vice versa.       The value for the condition doesn't match up. The gym is horrible and I have been working out at another prop Read Moreerty's gym for the last several months. Mold issues in buildings.

      The only improvement needed is the bath tub. The resurfacing paint on bath tub done peels off and makes bath t Read Moreub look unattractive. I wish there were more activities planned like the pool party last year in June 2014. Other than that the place is great. The landscaping is perfect. Designed buildings outside are nice. There is plenty of recreational stuff outdoors.
