The property is well-maintained and the response to any maintenance requests are quick. It is a little noisy n Read Moreear the highway and the rent is high, but the apartment is clean and it is a gated community, which feels safe most of the time. It is convenient to a lot of things (downtown St. Pete and Tampa are within 15 minutes and beaches are within 20-25 minutes). The pool is nice in the summer, although it isn't heated in the winter. There is a gym that is free to use, which is handy. The apartment is also within a nature preserve, so you can walk/run/bike inside a lovely area.
