The Verandahs' one and only concern is aesthetics, i.e., getting new renters to move in. They care nothing abo Read Moreut the standards of living for their current existing residents. If you would like to constantly deal with problems (like cleaning up raccoon feces because the property managers refuse to listen to their residents concerns about their trash problem) then move here. Landscaping is on point, real issues: not so much.Moving your stuff over the trash and feces w no elevator: not pleasant.

Maintenance claims to make a date to come and fix the problems yet they never show. I took off from work one d Read Moreay because they said they needed access to the apartment. They never showed up and when I called they claimed they couldn't let me know when exactly they would be back. Poor organization and respect for people's schedules and living space.

The staff is excellent. The new ownership seems interested in improving the property. Their efforts are brin Read Moreging the property up to what I consider on par for current rents but I am afraid rents will raise because they feel these changes are a value add.

LOVE this complex. I've lived a lot of places and this is by far the best place I've lived in. So impressed wi Read Moreth the staff, everyone is always great to me, they know me by name and what apartment I live in. The grounds are always beautiful and well maintained and so are the apartments.
