I feel that the quality of residents has declined since my move in. Some apartment porches/exteriors are dirt Read Morey and cluttered and blinds are broken, which decreases the value of the apartment complex in general. The corridors are rarely swept out and the debris builds up. They do not strictly enforce the rules in regards to picking up after your dog, and there has been times where there are quite a bit of dog feces on the grounds which is a hygiene concern.

We are very satisfied with the entire community. The only issue is with the tenant directly above, (I think # Read More13-202) they have a big dog and they bounce around hard with the dog day and night to the point the ceiling fans and chandelier raddle. The sliding doors and windows raddle as well when they carry on. That is really our only issue. The people that walk their dogs near our screened porch and don't pick up the poo, Stuff like that.

The staff was great but over priced and when problems arised they were not fixed correctly the first time. We Read Morehad problems with water coming inside, and cockroach coming through the vents.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. This is a great community and the pool has to be the best i Read Moren the area. Trust me I searched many different complexes and this one by far was my favorite. The only thing I wish we had were upgraded kitchens but out of all the places I looked at. $200 more a month just for the upgrades wasn't worth it considering how nice everything is here.
