When we first took up residence at Ballantrae, it was great. The management staff were wonderful. There has be Read Moreen a steady decline in the office management over the past 3 years. We have continual unresolved problems with roaches and squirrels in the buildings! The management won't allow the maintenance staff to replace broken or non-working appliances. The maintenance staff is the best part of Ballantrae! All else for this facility on a scale from 1-10 gets a 2. Look elsewhere!
