too many rules charging 35.00 if your blind was broken when you can get for 5.00 also if i wanted to sit outsi Read Morede and smoke cigarettes I would be harrassed by security could not be outside after 10 pm without being given third degree this is why i paid rent for to have my own but this is ridiculous they would always harrass my son. If i paid late rent i would pay all late fees and many more complaints no room for all i have to say.

Staff is not as good as it once was. Breezeways are unattended for weeks. I called in a maintenance request Read Morefor leaking kitchen faucet and after 3 days it had not even be written up. A resident of my building as leaving trash and unwanted items outside my door as well as letting their dog do iis business there. The office told me to take out the trash, it's not their problem. When I first moved in,the staff was wonderful but the new staff does not seem to care.

Before I signed lease I was not told by representative there was no tub included in apartment. I should have b Read Moreeen giving the option. Also, I was told before I leased I would get bright house cable all channels for free but after I signed lease I was told I would not be getting all channels free. I feel I was lied to in order to sign lease with them. Finally, one time I dropped my rent in payment slot on time and few days later, I was charged late fees they told me I was late.
