Although the building is old, the inside of the apartments are VERY nicely renovated with a lot of attention t Read Moreo detail. However, the closets are very small. My big problem with the complex is the incredibly high amount of noise. The walls are very thin and I could hear conversations, music, creaking ceiling fans, etc. from my neighbors on both sides and below. Also, my apartment was in front of the pool (but on the 3rd floor), and there were screaming children in the pool all day and night.

It would be nice to have restrooms by the pool area, It seems that there are restrooms but probably in not wor Read Moreking condition or maybe maintenance people does not want to clean them every day so they keep them locked. Another thing that i am sure will make many residents happy is to make a smoking area far away from the entrance of the 1540 building, I'm sure people smoke inside the apartments of the building. Also it is an inconvenience not being able to make rent payments online.

Problems with office management, poorly kept buildings, other tenants not following the rules which resulted i Read Moren my dog being attacked twice by a dog not on a leash, flooding due to pipes not being fixed before we moved in, air conditioning not working properly, leaking dishwasher, black mold, cockroaches.

Read Morer heated. they said waiting for parts when moved in Oct 2011 and still waiting for parts May of 2013!!!!!
