There are excellent staff at the office, however some of them needs to have consideration for customers time. Read MoreThey would pretend to be busy, and wouldn't approve appointment time, but if you shows up the same time they would claim to be busy, you can see & hear them on the phone discussing and prolonging conversation not related to the business of renting apartments. This is total disregard of the importance for customer time.

My bedroom ceiling leaked for the entire time I lived there, even after numerous requests for repairs. One bed Read Moreroom closet also had a leak and grew mold, it took numerous requests to get them to take care of it. One of the pools was constantly loaded with duck droppings and was often closed by the Health Dept. The office staff went from bad to okay. The quality of the residents they were renting to rapidly went downhill.

Horrible experience! Throughout the term of the lease maintenance was extremely slow to address problems. At t Read Morehe end of my lease I notified management that I would not be renewing. Gave more than 2 months notice and submitted in writing as requested. Too my surprise, the Lexington placed a debt of $1,500 (2 months rent) on my credit because they say I did not give notice when I moved out. 4 years later I still have to put down a double deposit whenever I move. Find another place to live!!!!!!!
