I'm about to finish up my third year at Timberlake. All I've experienced is rate hikes each year that are unf Read Moreair for repeat residents. I lived at Timberlake for several years in the early 2000s and then came back again to live from 2012 until this year. My rent has been raised each year an additional $40 to a point where my apartment is now more expensive than the same apartment for a new resident. I don't appreciate it. I have had carpet problems that have never been fixed.

Certified Resident

Staff is cold, unfriendly, uncooperative, uncaring, and never available when there is an issue unless you cal Read Morel corporate headquarters. They NEVER return calls, pool and hot tubs always broken more than working. Maintenance untrained, unskilled and does sloppy, low quality work.

No one seems to care that one of the company vendors caused me to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket becaus Read Moree of their mistake. If it was my vendor I could understand, but since I did not have a choice in who was hired I believe I should get my money back.

Maintenance is a little questionable. I had to make my apartment available last week to get my fire extinguish Read Moreer checked for safety, but when I came home my extinguisher was just sitting out in the middle of the walkway for anyone to take or damage. I don't understand why the time wasn't taken to put it back in my apartment where it belongs. I called the front office to see if I should be concerned and if I was supposed to take it inside and the response was quite curt and rude. (a first)
