The landscaping is awful. Fallen leaves are never removed and have killed the Fred's and much of the shrubbery Read More. Everything is choking and dying. There are no flowers as nothing can grow. The lawns are primarily dirt that gets blown into my lanai by men with leaf blowers. The maintenance will not clean up the yards. Worst care I've ever seen in Florida. The office does not respond to my many requests for cleanup.

Costly, out dated appliance, staff is not very timely with lease paperwork, delayed response to correspondence Read More and maintenance requests, nice main pool, back pool needs cleaning up a bit, landscaping could be better, fitness center needs to be updated, safe area, convenient, and close to major attractions.

In general, I have had a good experience, but there are some things that could have been better. The unit was Read More very clean and ready for me to move in. It would be nice if a roll of toilet paper and paper towel could be provided. Problems include lack of A/C in Exercise Room, problem with spa not functioning well. I am also waiting for needed repairs within my unit.
