I enjoyed the well manicured and attractive setting of the Estates at Stuart. It was quiet and convenient to Read Moremy work location and in the heart of Stuart. The staff was always helpful and accommodating whenever there was a need for repair or apt. issues.

The Estates at Stuart Resident
Customer service at the leasing office has been great most of the time; there have been few instances of lack Read Moreof courtesy and respect. The community could be better maintained, although it is clean and quiet. The parking should be assigned for the tenants, and there should be visitors areas. There seems to be a constant issue with tenants not cleaning up after their pets.
In general I've had a good experience, but could be better.

It was rare to find someone in the office during business hours. I was frequently given the excuse they were s Read Morehowing apartments. When they were there they were rude. Noise and feces regarding animals was an issue. The manager sent a letter asking residents to report other residents. This made me feel uncomfortable because my neighbors thought I reported them when I didn't. Also my rent went up more than 5% (about 10%) which I was told would be the max when I signed the first lease; So I left.
