Besides the residents not cleaning up after their animals, the community is okay. The apartments could use so Read Moreme much needed renovations considering the prices in the apartments has increased.

1. They let residents smoke outside their doors and smoke comes into my apartment. I have complained 3 times Read More. they don not enforce the no smoking in halls rule. 2. they keep deducting the wrong among fir my rent. they forget to deduct my employee discount.

The hallways are tiled, which means you can see all the wear and tear of people walking through, giving the bu Read Moreildings an overall feeling of dirtiness. During the humid months, the hallways smell like animal (pets are allowed) and mildew. The apartments do not have central AC, so they are prone to mildew (I bought a small dehumidifier for my studio apartment, though, and that has helped). All in all, staff and maintenance are top-notch, the buildings are just not as kept-up as they could be.
