I experienced a flood from upstairs tenants, causing horrible mold that was never properly resolved. Six month Read Mores later, I was forced to get a hotel room because of toxic ammonia fumes caused by next door dogs urinating without clean up for over a month. This problem was never completely resolved either, as ammonia odor was still present after 3 weeks, so I paid full early move out penalty to escape the constant problems and threats to my health and comfort.

I have been living here for a year and a half now. The neighborhood is much nicer than those much closer to th Read Moree university. It is actually pretty quiet (it's close to a railroad crossing but it's hard to notice when the windows are closed). It's an apartment so the experience depends greatly on the other neighbors, most of whom are great.
