      It is a very expensive appartment and when you need mintanance they don't come. I request the maintenance 3 we Read Moreeks and no one show up. It looks that I have to repair my washer by myself. You don't get what you expect from luxury appartment as they claim.

          I am not one that ever leaves bad reviews. but in this case I had to. horrible horrible horrible service. once Read More they have you in a contract they could care less about any issues you are facing. my upstairs neighbors bathroom overflowed and DIRTY water came down thru my ceiling flooding my bathroom floor. I HAD TO CLEAN it, AND they wouldn't replace my bathroom carpets and personal items because its not their job and not part of the lease agreement, EVEN THOUGH THE DIRTY WATER WAS COMING THRU THE CEILING FROM MY ABOVE NEIGHBOR.. I asked for the fan in my bathroom to be fixed on multiple occasions, it is now 4 months, and no maintenance. I was told they take priority for emergency issues. Also in my complex, theres a dog that wakes me up every morning bc he howls beginning at 7am+ and does not stop until mid-afternoon. I contacted the office MANY times, they couldn't do anything bc "they allow pets." when I contacted the city of Tallahassee, they informed me that it was an unlawful disturbance and that they can come to the apt give my neighbor one warning, then if repeated, they will take the dog away. I did not want that to happen, so here I am 1 year later dog still waking me ip 7am+. To add, I have been calling for the last month leaving 4 messages informing them that I will vacate my apartment once my lease ends. No response. I went to the front office, they said since I did not give them a 2 month notice, I owe not only my 12-month rent but an ADDITIONAL $1003 in liquidation fees for this. HORRIBLE. Also, the place is beautiful, but very ver cheap furnishing from the carpet to the walls, to the cabinets. The windows fall out when opening and closing them. etc. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

              DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Rented an apartment 6 months ago. The only good thing I have to say is the apartment is b Read Moreig. Management here is a nightmare! When I moved in I sent a list of things the apartment needed, things like handle pulls on drawers and vent covers. I have sent 5-6 emails over the last 6 months and have had lip service and promises and still the list is not complete! The hot tub (which was supposedly just repaired) is not hot so its just a tiny pool. The gym is constantly filled with trash and very seldom has a way to clean equipment. I was given my invoice for rent, I paid the "total due" that was circled before it was due, 2 weeks later they put a 3 day eviction notice on my door for 40.00!!!!! When I emailed the manager about it she told me it was their accounting error!!!! REALLY???? so nobody actually checked before threatening me with eviction!!! Now, they are remodeling the apartment above me, the noise is so loud I cannot hear the tv or speak on the phone, when I complained to the office, they told me the crew would work until dark.....dark is 10pm!!!! Called the police instead, now today (Sunday by the way) the beer stenched crew is playing music so loud that you can barely hear the power tools!!! The apartment is no livable. Long story short, they will charm you into renting and once your here you do no matter, they are more concerned about getting people into the apartments than to the loyalty and happiness of people who have already committed to them, Just gave notice to buy myself out of this lease for an apartment that was never finished and is now unlivable due to deafening noise! As a side note, the floors are not wood and the counters are not granite even in the renovated apartments. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
