The development is clean and run in an orderly fashion. Repairs and complaints are handled in a timely and sat Read Moreisfactory manner. The staff is pleasant and courteous.
Residents should remember that it's an apartment not a single family home, walls are thin.

The apartment is generally nice and the outside areas are kept up. The maintenance is generally good. The bi Read Moreggest problem is that once you become a renter - no matter how long you live there - there are no on-going upgrades. Our carpet was 2 years old when we moved in and after three more years, has not been replaced.
