Wonderful office staff. Maintenance response time super... would have given the highest rating but I MUST be i Read Moren the worst building because my neighbors aren't pleasant, allow animals to relieve themselves in hallway sometimes, always banging anytime of the day/night, slamming doors all the time. Otherwise it's truly nice.

Parking is not good at all. I feel we should have at least 1 reserved spot per unit. Water, garbage & sew Read Moreer is outrageous. Should be included

3 years ago I would have given excellent but the quality of people that have been coming in is very poor. The Read More noise has become unacceptable there is trash on the ground in the grass and in the parking lot. The breeze ways also have trash and at times especially during the weekends there is always spilled sticky liquid which attract ants. cars that don't work in the parking lot. I'm an excellent resident Thinking about not renewing my lease.

Well maintained apartments. The apartments are spacious, clean and the office staff is very courteous. The m Read Moreaintenance staff is quick to solve all problems in a timely basis. I totally loge living here and would recommend it to everyone.

We have been residents for almost 3 years now, and can honestly say my husband and I love the new staff that h Read Moreas taken over Coral Vista. Not only are they understanding, they are incredibly pleasant and accommodating to the needs of their tenants. The maintenance staff is wonderful, they're always friendly, and eager to lend a helping hand when we have been in need. Our only undergoing concern has to be the parking. We know it isn't the fault of the staff, just a minor inconvenience.
