Maintenance is a joke. The new upgraded apartments are just spray painted cheap kitchens and appliances that Read More chip easily. The power goes out about 2 times a week

It's been a total disaster since Arium Bay took over...Multiple requests to have same issue fixed/repaired in Read Morethe apartment, staff is not pleasant and does not always follow through. Excessively high water bill which was not disclosed in the beginning, messy surroundings. ....garbage dumped outside of the dumpsters. ...basically beginning to not care anymore. Can't wait to leave. ..counting down the days.

Very clean living the maintenance people are professional and helpful. Arium is in a convenient location. Clos Read Moreed to the airport and beaches. What I like the most is the rent price which you cannot find around the area anymore.
