I love ALMOST everything - location, size, price, staff. Only issue is rats!!!! I have caught & killed multipl Read Moree rats in my year at bay oaks on my own, I have also had maintainence in multiple times for the issue. I've had damage to personal property due to the rats. I have major damage to a couch I recently purchased, I found a pair of $300 sandals eaten and ruined inside the hole in the bottom of my couch. I can't keep open food packages in the apartment, other than in the fridge.

The buildings are old, not updated, and not well taken care of. Cabinets had tons of water damage, I found mol Read Mored in my air vents, carpet was disgusting when we moved in, front door had a ton of dents, etc. Every time it rained pretty hard (which isn't uncommon in FL) the sidewalk outside my place became so flooded I literally had to take off my shoes and wade through ankle deep water. They never fixed it or came up with a solution after 2 years. Considering what I paid, not worth it at all.
