Our lease terms: 7 through 24 month leases. $75 premium for 7 month leases with $350 deposit. $50 Application Fee/$75 Joint Application Fee, $150 Administration Fee. $250 Security Deposit. (call for SPECIALS!!) Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $20.00 pet rent, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee. Dog Policy: Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. No Exotic Pets. No Commercial Vehicles Permitted on property.
