They extort money by telling me I owe them for utility's that I never agreed to or signed in a contract. Then Read Morethey raised our rent by charging me for our dog when we renewed our lease. Our original lease had a 1 time fee for the dog. The office manager is involved with the towing company, its documented. The maintenance men barley speak English and rarely fix anything, which causes communication issue on repairs. I have to help them most of the time with repairs.

Since the day I moved in, almost 2 years ago, it has been problem after problem. The buildings are very old a Read Morend need to be severely updated. I moved in the complex because of all the nice new imenities and come to find out nothing was ready until almost a year after I moved it. It was very disappointing. Then management changed and still the same problems. Worst apartment experience ever. I would never recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy.

I apologize for the situations you are facing. The community was built in the early 70's. When we assumed ownership of the community in June of 2014, we went to work to make improvements. We have painted the community, screened in the patios/balconies, upgraded the amenities, landscaping and have renovated many of the apartment homes. As with any mature community, there will always be challenges. Please contact me to discuss any issues you may have. -Kenny
If you like to take a walk on sidewalks, it is limited and there are no views like ponds, lakes, etc.

Currently my air conditioning unit is broken. Maintenance tells me every few months there is a crack in the un Read Moreit & leaking out freon. Why not fix it? This week alone maintence had to come to my apartment wed & fri. Friday they had to come 3 times. No I'm sorry. Just very bad attitude from the lady in the office. Maintenance installed a huge AC wall unit in my bedroom. Had to move my bedroom furniture around. Its now sunday and still over 80 degrees in my apartment with my 8 week old son. Great.

I been living here for one year, I do have a great expereance with them very nice people,that care for the re Read Morecidence,,,I love this place i am goin to resing again,,very safe place 24hrs is a lot good thing I have to say about captiva club aparments;<))))
