I paid rent on line and the office personnel never did know my name. When I moved out, the maintenance guy sai Read Mored my carpets were fine. I got a bill for 50 dollars and the surrender of my deposit. I have a small dog but the carpets were perfect! I was told Id get a free carpet cleaning. f I had moved out of town and had no recourse to have a representative there for a walk through upon move out. Lack of parking in front of apartment; trash valet service is supposed to be from 6-8PM, they arrive extremely Read More late, clean the pool during pool hours instead of beforehand, sprinklers come on between 5-7PM when people are trying to get past them after work without getting soaked with sulfur smelling water, no playground for small children

Thank you for your feedback regarding Cypress Grand. Valet Trash temporarily changed their pick up time but will be back on track this week. Occassionally, due to the volume of people using our pool, we will have to clean during pool hours. We've already contacted our landscape team to ensure the sprinklers are re-set to run during evening hours. We certainly apologize for any inconveniences you've experienced and are open to discussing your concerns further. Thank you for your residency.
