I lived there for 3 years. With one exception for a few months this was a quiet, nice place to live. The nei Read Moreghbors are friendly and many are immigrants. The trees are beautiful and right across from the golf coarse. Anytime I ever had a complaint the office was receptive and maintenance was always prompt.

I am living first floor apartment and I have one major complain which have not been solved yet. The isolation Read Moreof apartment is very bad and it gets really cold when the whether is cold even we use heat. The windows have to change but management refused it.

The main lady in the office is extremely rude!! They put us in an apartment that had a leaking roof without us Read More realizing that. Came inside one day when it was raining and found a maintanance staff inside looking at the ceiling saying they're just "checking it". Few days after it rained even harder, ceiling had a major leak and soaked and ruined a new love seat and all they said is we should have had renters insurance.
