The apartments are not the worst in Tampa by any means. However, for what these people charge for these units, Read More they could have put a lot more effort into the renovations and continued maintenance of the property. Basically, they got as cheap of materials as possible and lipsticked the property. A/C units are old, inefficient and barely work. The apartments have mold, mildew and bug problems. Bathrooms are disgusting. Poor quality all around.... SO GLAD WE ARE MOVING!!!!

Staff is nice (that's why it's Fair). Besides the staff, the structure is horrible. Flooring was installed bu Read Moret it doesn't seem like anything wasn't any padding in between. I can hear the people above me walking, when the use the hair dryer, furniture moving (when they sit down), it's horrible. The A/C went out 5 times, yes 5 times! Then they finally decided to replace the thermostat. The repairs are basically band aid fixes... My neighbor can hear the cats running above her. Thin Floors!!!

The staff is nice. The structure is old and the apartment walls are thin. You can hear your upstairs neighbo Read Morers walking back and forth, the high school band playing most week nights and the constant sound of sirens all hours of the night due to the fire station across the street.
