As a resident of almost 3 years at the Millennium I have enjoyed my time living there. The staff has been plea Read Moresant and responsive to needs and questions. The amenities I use although dated (gym equipment & outside grills) are useful. I believe there are two areas of concern: fire alarms and parking. For 3 years on and off there have been issues throughout the day and night with the alarms. We still have guests parking in resident spots daily. Both items should be addressed by management.

Also I pay money for valet trash and when I sit out the trash with the lid on. It shouldn't be thrown on the ground by the valet trash people.

We take your comments seriously and wanted you to know that we have let go of the previous towing company and have hired Larsen's Towing as of the 1st of April and have also met with Valet Waste. Please let the office know if either of the situations are repeated. Millennium Management.
The community should have more community programs.

Each month we hold a demonstration cooking class in the Cafe that is first come first serve for 20, in addition to bi-weekly group fitness classes on Mon and Thurs at 6:30. Every Saturday we have a car detail service available for a 20% discount with a Sunday brunch each quarter. Plus our favorites, Bucs Opening Day with resident tickets for free for 100, our giant screen Superbowl party and our Halloween costume party.
It was good when I first moved but but have noticed that things are changing to open additional revenue stream Read Mores with management. I am not a fan.

The Millennium has done a lot to curb inconsiderate pet owners that let their animals use hallways as toilets. Read More Parking is still a problem, if you come home late....there are no spaces on the 4th floor. Towing vehicles without stickers is a great initiative.

It was recently brought to our attention that our previous towing company was not performing as they had agreed so on April 1st, they were let go. Please let us know if you do not see an improvement going forward with Larsen's Towing and we welcome any other feedback you may have.
