How does the rent to own program work? Call to get pre-approved for our rent to own program and we will get back to you in 1 to 3 business days to let you know if you where approved. Once you get approved, you can move in, and after renting for 12 months you can purchase this home. How much will my down payment be? 1st and last months rent up front plus a $800 security deposit...$2,400 total to move in. ****Bankruptcy, foreclosure, short sale or deed in lieu of foreclosure, Car repossessions or collections to for home/apartment rentals within the last 4 years will not qualify for this program.
