The only thing that really makes up for everything at this place is the apartment itself, which is spacious an Read Mored has a beautiful view on our balcony. The price for how much room we have is unmatched in this area, but all of the small issues explains why that's the case (poor communication from office staff, unresolved valet trash problems, potholes that take forever to be fixed, etc.). If you can avoid dealing with the leasing office (and the raccoons), you'll probably enjoy it here.

The property has alot of pot holes. The maintenance suck there. Their is a big hole right in front of my build Read Moreing. Their is 2 big pot holes in front of the front gate of the property that they r not fixing right. My a/c keeps going out. I am not happy at all. Their is never any parking.

Parking is ridiculous. As much as we pay, you would think that parking would not be an issue. We pay a monthl Read Morey fee for trash valet and it is never picked up as well as a monthly extermination fee that we have to request to have.

The maintenance is horrible nothing gets fixed when called and reported. We also pay for trash that doesn't ge Read Moret picked up. We love the apartment itself but maintenance is very poor .
