I like the spacious amenities at Varela. It's also a great location because it's so close to restaurants, shop Read Mores and where I work. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the quality of the building. I'm able to hear EVERYTHING going on because the walls are so thin and I feel like for the amount of money I'm paying in rent I should be in a better quality building. I am two walls in from the parking garage and I am still able to hear the squeaking of the parking garage gate from inside the unit.

This apartment have good reclatinal amenity indoor out door pool / jacuzzi and good appliance and very roomy i Read Morenside apartment specially bathroom is nice I like rain shower head a lot

Location is amazing as I am now close to anything in Tampa. My neighbors are quiet and the building is new wi Read Moreth all the upgrades I want in an apt. Garage parking with access to each floor, as well as this being a smoke-free building has spoiled me. I had my first service request since I have lived here for the past 5 months, to replace kitchen lighting, and it was responded to quickly and efficiently. It is pricey, but it is definitely worth it to me.

I rated my satisfaction poor if there was a very poor i would have selected very poor. The cleanliness of the Read More property is atrocious, the carpets are always stained I have seen dog poo just left in the corridors. I have had several work orders placed that have taken far far too long to be fixed. Even after expressing my unhappiness to management i have still not heard back. there is never enough parking for people that live on the 1st floor

Staff is wonderful! Everyone in the office is super helpful. Maint. staff is great too. Love the area. Gro Read Moreunds are kept up well and feel safe with the level of access to the building being restricted.
