I have actually had several issues with maintenance starting with items not being taken care of for weeks when Read More I first moved in. There has been slight improvements, but the staff does not seem to be managed well. At the end of 2015, I was told by the office staff that my issue was not an emergency and that there were over 600 units that needed to be serviced. I advised them that maybe they should hire more staff.

Landscaping has been neglected for many years. Daily upkeep of property has been low priority for quiet some t Read Moreime, & decking every year. The daily care of swimming pool is totally unsatisfactory, unsure of cleaning routine & are chemicals what they should be.

Overall I am happy with living here. The one thing I do not like is the trash service & the fact that it does Read Morenot include recycling. I pay $40 a month & I take a majority of my trash which is recycling myself to a public recycling drop-off location. I find that very unfair but mainly it saddens me because I know most tenants do not do that. So the parts of their trash that can be recycled is not being recycled & unnecessarily adding the landfill/hurting the environment.

Excellent location and privacy. It's a huge improvement over living by International Plaza. I am respected and Read More valued as a tenant. My agent, AG, continues to check in with me on a regular basis. She's the best you've got!

A little disappointed in the overall details of the amenities. Looks good on the surface until you actually li Read Moreve here and realize things are old and not well maintained. They charge a lot for what they have.
