The ground needs to be cleaned and maintained better to many pot holes car wash is always blocked with cars in Read More front. To many bugs on the garage areas needs to be power washed.

I've lived in West Park Village for 5 years now and have been in a 1 bedroom apartment and a 2 bedroom townhou Read Morese. The location is perfect to get to Tampa as well as the Beaches. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Neighboorhood is clean. Close to shopping

Worst management. Called and emailed to the local office, no response. Either you have to walk into office Read Moreor contact the corp office to get anything done.

Was told electric bills would be approximately $80-110 per month. They have been much higher. Complained abo Read Moreut the a/c running and finally after it completely quit they replaced a part and our electric bills dropped immediately after 1 1/2 years.... Ants all over the front door and they come right into the unit. Cheap carpet and showers so small you cannot move in them. Rent is way overpriced. I do not see the value at all. Parking is a nightmare.
