I never had the problems addressed from the day I got there until the day I left. My air conditioner was brok Read Moreen for two weeks; my ice maker was never provided; the kitchen cabinet had a molded, broken bottom. I left with the understanding that I would pay one month's advance payment, but not two as I lived in a mess after telling the guy who identified himself as the manager that the problems were not fixed. He verbally agreed, but my name was sent to a collection agency anyway.

Mold growing all over the apartment. Kitchen counters and cabinets were painted, not using proper paint, scrat Read Moreching and scuffs was always visible. Carpet had not been replaced in many MANY years, when asked to have carpet replaced they only replaced the living room and from the layout, this was a visible issue. The pool was closed majority of my stay there. Where the basketball courts were supposed to be built, was never build it was a concrete field to cover the hazardous area in the ground.
