We are not always told when there is a worker that will be coming by our apartment. I am a young college girl Read More and when strangers come knocking on the door saying they are there to do some type of work in my apartment I will not let them in because I was not correctly notified before this work was to be done. The guy that it claims to have has not been open since I moved in over a year ago. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to about any issues.

We are sorry to hear you were not notified of maintenance coming to do repairs in your apartment. If you put in a work order, maintenance is required to complete your work order the same day you reported it. However, if it was reported late in the day, it will roll over to the next day.
Please call the office at (813) 681-8659 so we can get this sorted out.
The maintenance staff is courteous and friendly, they are better than any of the other places I've lived. The Read Moregrounds are well kept and overall it is quiet.

To start with my apartment shakes like I am in an earthquake when a train goes by. They go by 24/7 and have to Read More blast the horn because of the intersection. Then there are the children screaming at the top of their lungs all day and slamming doors. The traffic into Brandon makes a 7 mile trip take 45 min. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE I LIKE.

I feel like my family and I have been taken advantage of, we were lead to believe that the property would have Read More certain amenities available by the time we moved in and we were saddened to see this wasn't the case. There have also been multiple hidden fees since we've moved in, and there have been multiple times where the single garbage dumpster on site has been overflowing causing residents to have to pile garbage on the sidewalk in front of the dumpster. The management will be the reason we move
