I love the location and the style the apartment community has but it has really negative leasing agents and th Read Moreere is a huge pest problem (roaches, rats, ants, stray cats). When asked to address this problem or any issue as a matter of fact the leasing agents act nasty, rude and might take note of what you are asking but rarely follow through. As well the amenities are a definite plus if they would be open, working or cleaned regularly.

The building I live in is like cheap public housing - GHETTO! The shower was broken the 1st night I moved in t Read Morehe maint. didnt want to come out to fix it but they eventually did. The carpet is disgusting; the color and type it looks cheap. The patio has so many bugs and spider webs stuck to the ceiling. I asked the maint. to have someone come up and (pressure) clean it and they said they dont do that. I've been there for 30 + days everything should be clean! I will not renew a lease!

It used to be called the Resort. I have not had any bad experiences here. They are proactive with everything. Read MoreThey fix things pretty quick. My only complaint would be to fix the gates. They act up at least twice a month. Other than that, I like it here. Staff has gotten better since transition to Arium. It seems they have new or better management than when they first transitioned.

Gorgeous buildings and landscaping. Professional staff, I feel safe and protected. Average responses to mainte Read Morenance issues, some are quick, like for my individual apartment, some are too long, like with broken gym equipment and communally locked bathrooms or hot tubs heat being turned off. Inconvenient recycling and loud residents are a part of most communities. Overall, I like living here, there are only a few inconveniences; most of which are out of the control of Arium, the fault of residents

The grounds are always kept clean, the pool areas are always maintained, and they have multiple pool areas whi Read Morech is great! If one was to busy, we would walk 2minutes to another pool, and we always felt safe, with the gated entrance.
