My rating is based upon the action/no action of the Manager of the facility. I feel she is not interested in Read Morethe family/person resident's interest, just her ability to control. This is not a positive situation for someone that rents/lives in this community. I have ask for over a year to upgrade the wiring for cable service with a continuous negative response. We need a qualified manager with people skills and an interest in the comfort/satisfaction of the residents.

Service in the front office is excellent however the status of the apartment is POOR. The Washer and dryer in Read Moremy unit were extremely old, and were ripping holes in my clothes! It wasn't until I complained twice it was replaced. Cabinets were also extremely old and poorly done, popcorn ceilings and old structure. When I first moved into my unit there were roaches after the second day. For the price there are waaaay better apartments complexes in the area, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE!

Maintenance take at least 8 to 9 days to fix a sink or a washer. No urgency at all
