Leasing Terms

Dog Policy: 45 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 dogs per apartment. $300 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), birds and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENTS PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM. Fee's range from $250 through $400 depending on weight of your pet

    Seville on the Green has been our home since 2002. The staff over the years, from our first day continuing th Read Morerough today has been exceptional. The property grounds are always well maintained, buildings are painted a pleasing color, assigned parking is very convenient, pool is a very, very nice amenity, love the community grill at the pool. Over the years we have been here, we have had no issues of concern.
