Dog Policy: Maximum 3 dogs per apartment. $5.00 pet rent. $345 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), birds and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENTS PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM.

I can not recommend these apartments enough. My roommate and I searched everywhere for a nice quiet apartment Read Morethat we could both afford and we were lucky enough to find this gem. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. The maintenance staff is extremely nice and efficient. On top of that, the apartments are beautiful and clean and just the right size. Their online services make paying rent and putting in service requests super easy. These apartments are perfect for anyone that wants quiet and safe living environment for an affordable price.

Seville on the green is by far the best home I've lived in. The cleanliness of this place is over the top. I l Read Moreove & appreciate living in such a beautiful, friendly, safe, well maintained community. The apartment homes are so beautiful, the layouts of the home are so open & spacious.

I've pretty much done that already in prior comments. I will add that the 1/2 mile drive from SR 434 down She Read Moreoah Blvd. to the complex is absolutely beautiful, as are the grounds at Seville-on-the-Green. To me, aesthetics are an important part of my choice in living areas and the ride down that road fulfilled that requirement before I even got to the complex on my first visit.
