Leasing Terms

Dog Policy: 45 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 dogs per apartment. $300 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), birds and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENTS PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM. Fee's range from $250 through $400 depending on weight of your pet
Cat Policy: 25 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 cats per apartment. $300 non-refundable pet fee.

        It's a shame that as a resident for 3 years who timely pays rent, I'm faced with a rate hike and (NEW fees suc Read Moreh as pet fee) every time I renew my lease. Makes me not want to renew my lease a 4th time. You'd think returning residents would be offered some sort of incentive.

            The responds time for service request is excellent. I have had two emergency situations and the response time Read Morewas 10 minutes. The maintenance staff here is excellent.
