Holcomb's Pond Apartment Homes is the best ever.. I have been searching for a Luxury updated apartment that I Read Morecan call home for quite some time. I can honestly say I've found it here. My new home is amazing and beautiful. If you're looking for a New, Luxury, Peaceful, Beautiful and Relaxing place to live. I recommend Holcomb's Pond Court you won't be disappointed.

I moved into this community knowing there would be renovations. I moved into a fully renovated 2 bed 2 bath, a Read Morend was prepared to endure exterior renovations. The leasing office and construction crews do not communicate properly which has resulted in workers in my apartment unsupervised and without giving me notice. I find myself cleaning up after any work is done to the interior or exterior of my apartment, and the timeline originally communicated when I moved in is nowhere close to accurate. Be prepared to pay the market price to live in a community that is late to deliver on most amenities and will not deliver on others.

Move-in = NIGHTMARE I had a lot of problems with the apartment we moved last December! The problems we h Read Moread: - The unit was filthy when we got the key; - The hot water and heater wasn't working on the first day; - After they fixed the heater, it was working but the noise was really too loud; - The ceiling in the master bedroom was making a creaking sound when the neighbor was walking in his/her bedroom which bothered us to sleep (specially when was 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning) - We couldn't use two showers or two toilet flush because the water was too weak; - The laundry room door fell off. - All outlets were giving off an electrical discharge - And the last one: on Dec/21 we ran out of power until Dec/23 due to community's electrical problems only in our unit. After they fixed the electricity issue, the apartment was really dirty again. After all these problems, they decided to offer us to move to another unit. Imagine all the stress to move again (in less than a month), packing everything, change all the mail address, all the utility services during the Holiday Seasons (Christmans time)! At this point, we were really upset and tired, but could be worse find another community to move out with such short notice. This was by far the worst experience I ever had
