    we should just live outside in the streets with how many bugs and spider inhabit the apartment. our neighbors Read Moreabove us have no respect for noise all throughout the day even at 2am at night you can here them walking as if they have cement blocks on their feet. Has the apartment complex done anything? NOT AT ALL!! We had our water shut off for multiple days in September and all we get is 272 reimbursed from our rent?? Hello that's just paying for all the overages of water we had to pay since we've been at the apartment due to the leak you guys did not bother to check out till last month... My son even calls it the yucky house ... embarrassing.

    The apt complex I moved from has Nesbitt Ferry Crossing at the bottom of a poll that was taken and the smiley Read Moreface has a frown with tears coming down. Despite the reviews I still moved in! Now I'm starting to see why the bad reviews. The price is a little high for a two bed room, to be a single mom with a child. But I love the apt One positive thing I can say is that I love my apt. The space, the storage and the area I/m in, is perfect and quite. But when you move some place and hadn't been there two weeks and no air and no one seems concerned, that's an issue.

    The apartments need more updates for example; upgrade the exterior windows, toilets, bathroom faucets and out Read Moreside door trim. They really need to do better in picking up the trash around the apartments complex. The outside door trim and columns need repairs. Also they need to do a better job of not letting the tenants to park at Fire Lane and blocking the entrance at the apartment walk path.

      I love living in an environment where the maintenance team knows you by name, the management team are like fam Read Moreily, and the community enjoys growing together with harmony and respect; that place for me is Nesbit Ferry Crossing. It's not perfect for everyone but in the past few years it's been perfect for me.
