If you are looking for a spacious apartment in a nice area this is the place. The rent is quite reasonable for Read More Alpharetta and the floor plans are wonderful. They have a wonderful staff, great maintenance workers, and my only regret is that I did not know about this place sooner.

My experience living at Nesbit Ferry Crossing is fair. I do enjoy the fact the 24 hour fitness center and nois Read Moree level of the community is low majority of the time. However, I find it frustrating to not be able to park anywhere in front of my apartment building when the sun sets.

The management staff could be trained better so people will know exactly what kind of environment they are mov Read Moreing into. The landscaping in the back of the 900 building needs major improvement- trash, weeds, and nothing but dirt when we walk out of our FRONT door. The apartment needs MANY cosmetic updates- painted bathtubs are chipping, air condition control on the wall is so old that you cannot read the setting. Office staff untimely on returning phone calls. Maintenance staff uses band aid fixes for issues instead of really fixing problems.The pool was poorly maintained over the summer - ALWAYS young children at the pool under no supervision. The look of the entire complex is poor. What minimal landscaping they have is cheap looking. Overall very dissatisfied with our choice. We have another year at my daughter's school and will be moving elsewhere after she is finished.
