The new parking regulations have really upset me. I have frequent guest that come and stay with me ie. friends Read More and family and there is rarely parking spaces available at night. There was not an issue with parking before the new parking regulations occurred. Also, the trash fee should be modified. There has been multiple times where my trash was set outside my door for days without being picked up and I would just take it to the dump myself, which makes no sense since I am FORCED to pay $20 a month. That charge should be optional!

Provide residents more incentive to renew their leases. If you are going to increase rent then you should offe Read Morer current residents an incentive to renew and to show appreciation for renewing

My only issue is with the parking situation. I have lived her for over 3 years and have an issue with having t Read Moreo pay for a reserved parking spot near my apartment. This should be included not a perk.
