Our lease terms are: Flexible up to 12 month terms. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Short term Premium: 6-8 mo lease - $125/mo. 9-11 mo lease - $75/mo. Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $25 pet rent, $400 fee for cats. Dog Policy: Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $25 pet rent, $500 fee. Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
