Pet Policy: $30 pet rent. Overall I have enjoyed my last 10 months' stay here. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. If there is an Read Morey maintenance problem it gets fixed quickly.
However the lift often breaks down or sometimes it refuses to work. Also the floor in the corridor looks filthy, specially on the ground floor.
The communal area in other building is amazing but during rain or snow all the furniture and covers get wet and filthy.
There are often homeless people hanging around and messing the areas. Not sure what can be done but it is not nice. My likes and dislikes are: Mostly the location.

One of the best apartments. Keep up the good work My likes and dislikes are: Its a great place to live. All f Read Moreacilities are available 24/7 which makes things very convenient. The staff here is great and are always ready to help. They have made my stay here very comfortable. I would like to make special mention of Diana and Jimmy among the staff who have been extremely helpful

There are only 2 downsides I experienced. 1. If you get a unit that faces 6th street then you will hear a lo Read Moret of noise on Tuesday and Thursday night from the club Halo. The windows really need to be double paned on that street. 2. The emergency maintenance is a joke. You are put through to an answering service in India and unless you need EMS, police, or the fire department you might be screwed. I was locked out one night and basically had to figure it out myself. My likes and dislikes are: The is really the best location for apartment living in midtown. Its walking distance to everything. I feel very safe here; I work night shifts so on my days off I tend to be out running or doing errands very late. Having a garage with a visitor pass is also a huge plus. The community is very diverse, which is nice. You'll see families and college students. The price is great too. The price can't be beat.
