We will accept all breeds of dogs at least one year old, except the following or any combination of mixed breed that contain any of the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Dalmation, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers*, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard and Wolf Dog Hybrids.* (including all Pit Bull breeds - American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Straffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, and Presa Canareo.

Maintenance calls go ignored and the office does not follow up and follow through. I am still waiting on a wat Read Moreer leak in my bedroom wall and a cracked toilet to be fixed 4 weeks now. I've followed up, went to the office, sent pic and called. Not sure what can be done at this point. The water fees changed after the complex was sold. I think being charged for usage was the fair way.

The office staff have bad customer service. Also the part complex aren't holding up their responsibility towa Read Morerds the residents. The front gate has been broken for over 3 months. people have dogs in their apt. that I know shouldn't be allowed. It just not resident friend, all about the rent. No incentive to stay here, once you are a resident. The new upgrades are good, the location is excellent. Trying to get things repair in a timely and pest control on a rotation.

I have put in several request to have my cabinets and sliding mirrors fixed and I can tell people come to look Read More at them but they are never fixed. Also Spiders and bugs are a real problem because of the bushes surrounding my apt

I have been living here for 10 months so far. When I first arrived I had a huge sugar ant issue that went back Read More and forth with the pest control offered, this has now upgraded to both spiders and huge water bugs in my apartment. I have gone several upon several of times to get it fixed and still 10 months in nothing. I also have maintenance issues that are never resolved such as broken closet doors. When the new management arrived in june, I now pay 90 a month for pest control/ water/ trash. More.

Maintenance requests are not done in a timely manner. The office staff could use some lessons in customer serv Read Moreice. We are supposed to be a gated community the fact that the gate has stayed broken the majority of the year is ridiculous. Also the fact that we stay across from rehabilitated drug addicts should mean that our rent should be cheaper.
