The staff is always very helpful. I just wish there were more trash bins around the grassy areas with plastic Read Morebags for pet clean up. Additionally, some of the work-out equipment in the fitness room is outdated. The air conditioning doesn't always seem to work in there either.

Management of these apartments is terrible!! They're very friendly and nice in the office, but it takes them Read MoreFOREVER to resolve maintenance issues...they're also not very responsive to emails. My last maintenance request took well over a month to be resolved!

With the new management company has come higher rent prices and less competence in the leasing office. After l Read Moreast year's renovations were completed, it has been a constant struggle to get any maintenance issues taken care of, and there's just a general feeling that the leasing office doesn't really care very much.

I've lived at Collier Ridge apartments since March. The only thing that doesn't make it an Excellent is due t Read Moreo the turn around on maintenance. However, since the new team has arrived things do seem to be getting turn around a little faster.
